Our Services
Starting therapy can feel big. But it doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to be honest.
Remember: It’s rarely easy… and always worth it.
Individual Counseling
Diagnostic Evaluations
Individual Sessions
Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating identity, or just trying to keep your head above water — you don’t have to do it alone.
We offer grounded, relational therapy for teens and adults alike, with space to explore identity, boundaries, self-worth, emotional regulation, and healing from past harm. Our approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and rooted in nervous system awareness. We move at your pace — with compassion, clarity, and room to breathe.
Common themes we support:
Trauma recovery (including childhood trauma, relational wounds)
Boundaries, burnout, and people-pleasing
Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and low self-worth
Identity exploration and life transitions
“We move at the speed of safety — not urgency.”

Gottman Method
It’s not about who's right. It’s about what’s happening between you.
Couples therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in emotional clarity. We help partners slow down their patterns, build tools for communication that actually lands, and reconnect with the reason they chose each other in the first place — or make peace with letting go if needed.
Common goals for couples we work with:
Interrupting conflict cycles
Rebuilding emotional and physical intimacy
Repairing trust
Creating a new relational foundation
“We’re not fixing a person. We’re healing the pattern.”
Clinical Supervision
Coming Fall 2025!
Space to grow, reflect, and be fully human while holding others.
My supervision style is relational, reflective, and trauma-informed. I support pre-licensed clinicians and early-career therapists who want more than checkbox feedback; clinicians who value nuance, boundaries, ethics, and being emotionally real in the room. Supervision isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about having a space to explore the questions with integrity and care.
Supervision may include:
Case consultation and diagnostic exploration
Navigating scope, ethics, and legal gray zones
Honoring the self-of-the-therapist
Building confidence, voice, and sustainable practices
“You deserve to feel as supported as the clients you hold.”
